Working on a spring balance

Hi.  I’m currently working on my next video which will explain how a spring balance measures force.  I will be discussing Hooke’s law as well as elasticity and demonstrate how to create a scale on a spring balance to measure force.  The picture below shows the experimental setup I use during the video.
